Mari-Leen Kiipli, an artist from Estonia living in the attic of Gjutars house. - A maker of things, a bundle of ideas, a natural resource. And an ermine moth, covering the tree trunks in the Gjutars yard. - A weaver of silk, the dweller of places, feeding in secret.
They meet in the time of leisure, in the generous autumn of fruiting.
Mari-Leen Kiipli has studied photography at the Estonian Academy of Arts and Pallas University of Applied Sciences, attended exchange studies in Vienna and currently lives and works in Tallinn. Kiipli’s recent solo exhibitions are “Niina kalastab lodudel, võrendikel, põikmadalikel” in Draakon Gallery, Tallinn (2021), “Husa” in Haapsalu City Gallery (2020) She is part of Estonian Artist Union and Estonian Union of Photography Artists.
